BONGO
– ENTERTAINMENT / ASIA –
Introduction
Founded in 2013, Bongo is a Bangladeshi startup, which is the first and largest streaming video on demand service in Bangladesh. They have an ever-growing library of over 15,000 full-length movies, dramas, TV shows, music videos and songs.
This unique collection of Bangladeshi content is available via their website, mobile app and other syndicated video delivery media.
Bongo has already been awarded as one of the best startups in Bangladesh and has received acclaim from Silicon Valley and European investments
CHALLENGES
I was approached by Bongo during my expatriation in Bangladesh.
Our collaboration started with a common objective: to make Bongo’s image evolve towards an international recognition.
The difficulty was to be able to define together a rather European approach in an Asian country and to be able to put forward my ideas and validate them with the leaders.
SOLUTIONS
During more than a year of collaboration as Head of creative I designed an ambitious new brand identity, giving Bongo a clear identity sending a strong signal internally and externally about the company they aspire to become.
The redesign of the logo showed the mastery and technicality that Bongo offers, inspired by the simple codes and oriented towards the advancement of their technology.
